Federation Park is in Gumeracha in the South Australian Adelaide Hills. There is no staffed visitor information centre in Gumeracha but Federation Park contains a self-serve visitor information centre to find out what is at the town and surrounding areas.

The park has lots of space to available and a playground for the kids. Barbecue facilities add to Federation Park being a great place to stop for a break when travelling through.
Federation Park is used for cultural events and a community activities including sporting facilities, including tennis courts and an oval. The tennis courts didn’t have nets so they don’t seem to be able to be used for casual use.
On the other side of the tennis courts is Kenton Creek which runs along the full depth of the park area and across the back of it.
