The Old Cheese Factory is Western Australia’s largest craft centre, boasting 7 galleries. Handcrafted goods include stoneware pottery, timber products, Aboriginal crafts, t-shirts, and furniture.
The Cheese Factory was first built on the banks of the Balingup Brook in 1933, within the booming dairy district. The cheese factory was closed in 1977, to later become the arts and crafts centre. Cheese lovers will be disappointed the Old Cheese Factory does not make cheese anymore.
