Broadbeach Mall is a shopping and dining strip in the heart of Broadbeach. From the beachfront, the mall runs along the side of The Oasis Shopping Centre 
with dining locations, through to Surf Parade.
The mall acts as a pedestrian connection from the beach through to Victoria Park, several dining options, and the Star Casino. Victoria Park has a large Broadbeach sign, which was attracting several people to capture a selfie or two.
The building of The Oasis on the edge of the Broadbeach Mall established the identity of a dining strip and pedestrian movement hub, especially when the monorail was there with two stations. The monorail has long been removed, but the Broadbeach Mall has remained as an important pedestrian gateway from the beach to the dining and the casino.
