Heading north on the Cairns Western Arterial, turn right onto Brinsmead Rd. Follow Brinsmead to the end for 1.6kms and turn right at the roundabout onto Kamerunga Rd towards Freshwater. Follow Kamerunga Rd for 650m and Kuranda Scenic Railway Freshwater Station is on the left. For more parking, turn left into Lower Freshwater Rd to cross over the railway line just before the railway station, then immediately right into the parking area.
