From the main part of Broome, head west on Frederick St about 2km to a roundabout. Turn right following the brown sign for Cable Beach onto Cable Beach Rd East and follow 1.5km to the end to a roundabout. Turn right onto Gubinge Rd and follow it for 600m to another roundabout and turn left into Cable Beach Rd West. Follow Cable Beach Rd West for 1.5km to reach the main parking area for Cable Beach.

Coming into Broome along Broome Rd from the Great Northern Hwy, continue straight ahead towards Cable Beach on Gubinge Rd (not towards the town centre). Continue on Gubinge Rd for another 3.2km and turn right into Cable Beach Rd West. Follow Cable Beach Rd West for 1.5km to reach the main parking area for Cable Beach.
