Heading north on Pacific Hwy from NSW, take the Tugun exit onto the Gold Coast Hwy. Follow the Gold Coast Hwy for 1.5kms and turn right into Coolangatta Rd, then immediately veer left following the sign towards Coolangatta into Musgrave St. After 400m you will reach a roundabout. Continue straight ahead following along Kirra Beach for 1.4km to a set of lights. Turn left into Marine Parade and follow for 950m to the end, passing Coolangatta Beach and Greenmount Beach. Turn left into Hill St which bends to the right at the top of the hill and becomes Marine Pde again. Follow along Marine Pde for another 150m to reach the first parking spots along Rainbow Bay. Continue for another 350m and turn left at the Rainbow Bay Surf Club for more parking closer to Snapper Rocks.
