This big thing caught me unaware. It was during an update of the website and checking the details of all of the brown sign destinations that I noticed a Big Furphy in the parking lot of MOVE, Museum of Vehicle Evolution 
, previously called Shepparton Motor Museum.
The Big Furphy was revealed in December 2021, as part of the refurbishment and rename of the motoring museum. The Big Furphy Water Cart is 2.3 times larger than the original horse-drawn water cart.
The big thing sits in the parking lot to attract visitors for the obligatory big-thing-selfie, and enter the Furphy Museum contain within MOVE.
