Brierley Wines was not open when we visited. Checking with Google shows they are permanently closed.
Some web pages show them as being open still, such as their Facebook page and Trip Advisor. There are no current comments or anything recent to confirm if they are still open, nor are there any to say they have closed.
The domain name of their website has expired and does not work anymore either. It is not likely this business is operating, at least not as Brierley Winery.
Try other wineries around Childers, Vintner’s Secret Winery or Hill of Promise Winery.
