If heading south along the Pacific Mwy, take the exit to Southport Nerang Rd (Exit 60) and turn left at the lights. Follow Southport Nerang Rd for 2.3km and turn right into Ashmore Rd. Follow Ashmore Rd for 3.8km and turn right into the entrance of the Botanic Gardens with a brown sign. Another brown sign is 250m before the entrance, ensure you are in the right lane when you see this.

If heading north along the Pacific Mwy, take the exit to Nerang Broadbeach Rd (Exit 71) and turn right at the lights into Station St. After 600m turn right towards Nerang East onto Nerang Broadbreach Rd and follow for 3.7km and turn left into Ross St towards Ashmore. Follow Ross St for 1.6km and turn right into Ashmore Rd. Follow Ashmore Rd for 1.6km and turn right into the entrance of the Botanic Gardens with a brown sign. Another brown sign is 250m before the entrance, ensure you are in the right lane when you see this.
