Barolin Point Dive Site is a rocky outcrop along the coast at Coral Cove. From the parking area, there are toilets, a shelter with table and bench chairs, and an information board. The Barolin Point Dive Site is north along a walkway that runs from Bargara. Continue past the point and you can walk to another site, Barolin Homestead not too much further.

The walk down to the point is a little steep and the grass is worn to dirt, but it wasn’t too bad to go down. From there you are walking mostly on the volcanic rocks that make up the point. There are a few shallow rock pools to look at. I was there 3 hours before low tide and the rocks were well clear of the water.
I’m not a diver, so I can’t comment on what the diving is like from personal experience. From diveoz.com.au, Barolin Point Dive Site is extremely popular, and accessible to divers of all skill levels. You can see soft and hard corals, extending to about 50 metres from shore. There is small to medium size species of reef fish, as well as nudibranchs, moray eels, turtles, sea snakes and wobbegong sharks. The Barolin Point Dive Site went offline around 2018, but you can read more at about the diving from a Wayback Machine archive of diveoz.com.au
