Sherwood Lookout is a picnic area and lookout in Toonumbar National Park 
with views to the north towards Mt Lindsay on the border of New South Wales and Queensland.
The picnic area is fairly simple with a single picnic table. There is a water tank but it was empty, possibly not functional.
The area around the picnic area has plenty of space and can accommodate more people and vehicles easily compared with Murray Scrub Lookout .
At the opposite end of the picnic area the track continues on, however, it is gated and prohibited for vehicle access.
