Fremantle Visitor Information Centre is located in the heart of the tourist district with several attractions to experience the history of Western Australia’s early settlement.
The visitor centre is located in the Fremantle Town Hall and offers general tourism information, guides on events, and free brochures and maps.
The town hall was built in 1886, taking 18 months to build. It was officially opened by Governor Frederick Napier Broome in 1887 to coincide with the celebration of the Queen’s Jubilee.
