Spicers Hidden Vale is a resort in Grandchester, a small town west of Brisbane along the Cobb & Co Tourist Drive Brown Sign link.

The tourist route starts from Ipswich and continues through to Toowoomba along an old Cobb & Co route and the first main line railway in Queensland which first terminated at Grandchester Railway Station Brown Sign link.

Hidden Vale Adventure Park

The Hidden Vale Adventure Park Offsite link is a world class trail network of mountain bike trails. Not into mountain bike riding? The park is available for use by hikers and runners also.

There are over 110 kilometres of trails through the 12,000 acres at Spicers Hidden Vale with a variety of difficulties to cater for different levels of experience.

Events are held at the Hidden Vale Adventure park throughout the year, some offering camping as an option during the event.

Hidden Vale Wildlife Centre

The Hidden Value Wildlife Centre is a project opened in 2017 as a partnership between the University of Queensland and The Turner Family Foundation. It has a range of native wildlife species, some common and others threatened.

Access to Hidden Vale Wildlife Centre is not permitted to the general public.

Spicers Hidden Vale is on the Cobb & Co Tourist Drive Brown Sign link. From Rosewood Staging Post, head north on John St and turn left at the roundabout towards Grandchester. Follow Rosewood Laidley Rd for 13.5km and after crossing the railway line, turn left (straight ahead) into Grandchester Mount Mort Rd at the brown sign for Spicers Hidden Value. Follow Grandchester Mount Mort Rd for 6.2km and the entrance to Spicers Hidden Vale is on the right.

Coming from Laidley, head south on Patrick St/Vaux St to the end and turn right at Drayton St. Drayton St becomes Rosewood Laidley Rd, follow for 8.2km and turn right into Grandchester Mount Mort Rd at the brown sign for Spicers Hidden Value. Follow Grandchester Mount Mort Rd for 6.2km and the entrance to Spicers Hidden Vale is on the right.
