The area around Millaa Millaa is known for the waterfalls and Zillie Falls is the second falls along the Waterfalls Circuit. It is a similar to Millaa Millaa Falls , in that it is s single-drop plunging waterfall. It is taller, with a drop of around 30 metres, and drops onto boulders rather than a pool of water.
Another difference is the accessibility. There are no safety rails, no fully formed paths and steps, and no facilities other than the parking area across the road. The trail starts off easily enough and if you are not wanting to tackle a harder forest trail, the top of the falls are still worth going to.

Continuing on from the top of Zillie Falls, the trail starts to descend becoming rugged. The trail was made more challenging with the rainy weather, resulting in wet stone steps and mud making them more slippery. The walk isn’t a long distance, taking around 10 minutes from the top, including time to stop for photos on the way.
